Seigaiha (Seigaiha) - 8 Courses

This is a special kaiseki course using luxurious seasonal ingredients.

※ The basic broth for all our dishes is made from bonito and kelp.
While meat might be used in some dishes, most of our cuisine consists mainly of seafood and vegetables. If you have difficulties eating any heated seafood or vegetables in general, you may not be able to fully enjoy the offerings at Japanese Restaurant Sei. We may refuse service to customers with excessive aversions to many ingredients.

Shippou (Shippō) - An 8-dish course including appetizers, 3 types of sashimi, grilled items, etc.

You can enjoy the entire kaiseki cuisine. Compared to other courses, it includes a variety of appetizers and sashimi, as well as a soup, making it a fulfilling experience. Tempura (5 pieces) is served freshly fried right in front of you.

※ The basic broth for all dishes uses bonito and kelp.
While meat may be used occasionally, most of the dishes are composed of seafood and vegetables. Therefore, if you are unable to enjoy dishes due to a general aversion to heated seafood or vegetables, you may find it difficult to appreciate the cuisine at Japanese Cuisine Sei.
We may refuse service to customers with an excessive number of food aversions.

This course allows you to enjoy a full range of kaiseki dishes. The tempura (3 pieces) is freshly fried right in front of you. It offers just the right amount of volume for a meal.

※ The basic broth for all our dishes is made using bonito and kelp. We do use meat occasionally, but most of our dishes are composed of seafood and vegetables. If you find it difficult to consume seafood or vegetables when they're cooked, you may not be able to enjoy the dishes at Japanese Cuisine Sei. We may refuse service to customers with a large number of significantly disliked ingredients.
