We cherish the fundamental element of cooking, the "dashi" stock, and carefully prepare the first dashi that serves as the foundation of all flavors. In addition to local fish from the Tohoku region, we also offer a variety of seasonal dishes that make use of rare seasonal fish sourced from all over the country, making it suitable for a casual meal as well.
