Cancellations of reservations for seats only can be made without a fee up to two days before the scheduled visit. Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the scheduled visit will incur a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen per person, regardless of whether or not notification is provided. It is considered that you have agreed to these terms at the time of booking.
