Dakkanmari, which means "one whole chicken" in Korean, is a Korean-style chicken hot pot made by simmering a whole chicken generously.

At Torinchu, we use one whole Shingen chicken, known for its rich flavor. Enjoy the clear, nourishing broth infused slowly with the full umami of the chicken, served together with green onions and chicken meatballs.

First, savor the natural flavor of the ingredients as they are. Then, add our special condiments and sauce along the way to transform the taste into something so delicious you will not be able to put your chopsticks down.

To finish, enjoy noodles and rice porridge that let you savor every last drop of the chicken’s flavor. As you continue eating, the broth grows even deeper in taste, making this a luxurious chicken hot pot that satisfies both body and soul.
