Dakhanmari is a Korean-style chicken hot pot in which a whole chicken is simmered boldly, and the name means “one whole chicken” in Korean.

At Torinchu, we use one whole Shingen chicken, known for its rich flavor. Enjoy the deeply savory and clear broth, slowly infused with the umami of the chicken, together with green onions and chicken meatballs.

First, savor the natural flavor of the ingredients as they are. Then, add our special condiments and sauce partway through to transform the taste into something even more irresistible.

To finish, enjoy noodles and rice porridge that let you savor every last bit of the chicken’s delicious flavor. As you continue eating, the broth becomes even richer, making this a luxurious chicken hot pot that satisfies both body and soul.
