About Course Menu

We are pleased to offer a limited-course menu featuring premium Japanese Black Wagyu, served with one complimentary toast drink. The course includes Special Wagyu Melting Sushi, along with four kinds of yakiniku: Premium Wagyu Black Tongue, Premium Wagyu Rump, Premium Wagyu Kalbi, and Special Hormone. In addition, the menu offers a well-balanced selection of dishes, including oxtail soup, homemade choregi salad, and seasonal grilled vegetables. For the final dish, you may choose your preferred item from grilled rice balls, assorted rice porridge, chilled Inaniwa udon, or spicy ramen.
