[Welcome Drink] Draft Beer (The Premium Malt’s Masters Dream), Highball, Japanese Sake, Non-Alcoholic Beverages This menu offers a sufficient selection of dishes for casual business entertainment or an important dinner with someone special. [A5 Oki Beef] An exceptionally rare, ultra-premium branded beef, with only about 60 head shipped annually. Our restaurant is the only place where you can always enjoy fresh Oki Beef, delivered directly from the producer on the Oki Islands. Recommended cuts for those who do not prefer fatty meat include lean selections such as Kainomi, Kamenoko, and Togarashi. Our cuisine features a gentle flavor profile based on our restaurant’s signature dashi. We carefully select seasonal ingredients so that you can experience the flavors of the season.
