If you are visiting us for the first time and are unsure which to choose, we recommend this course. It offers more than enough for a meal with someone special or for business entertainment. We can also accommodate requests for a total budget including drinks, so please feel free to share your preferences or consult with us. [A Plan to Casually Enjoy A5 Oki Beef] A branded wagyu, born and raised on the islands, and pasture-raised in the natural surroundings of Ama Town, Oki Islands, Shimane Prefecture. Known as “phantom wagyu,” it is rarely seen on the market, as only about 60 head are shipped each year. At our restaurant, we serve only A5-grade Oki beef from never-calved females.
