A sufficient selection of dishes for casual business entertainment or an important dinner with someone special. [Special Menu Available Until October 18] Today’s appetizer will be Matsutake Mushroom Dobin-mushi made with matsutake mushrooms from Iwate Prefecture. [A5 Oki Beef] An exceptionally rare ultra-premium branded beef, with only about 60 head shipped annually. Our restaurant is the only place where you can always enjoy fresh Oki beef, delivered directly from the producer on the Oki Islands. Recommended cuts for those who do not prefer fatty meat include lean cuts such as kainomi, kamenoko, and togarashi. These dishes feature a gentle flavor based on our restaurant’s signature dashi.
