A seven-course meal ideal for casual business entertaining or a special dinner with someone important. Please fully enjoy A5 Oki Beef, A5 Japanese Black Wagyu lean steak, and a wide variety of seasonal delicacies. Reservations made at least 3 days in advance include a guaranteed A5 Oki Beef lean steak. 【A5隠岐牛】 A rare island-raised beef from Okinoshima, Shimane Prefecture, with only about 60 head shipped annually, making it almost unavailable on the general market. 【A5黒毛和牛】 We will prepare a recommended branded A5 Japanese Black Wagyu of the day (such as Matsusaka Beef or Yamagata Beefr). We serve only A5-grade virgin Oki Beef at our restaurant. Our cuisine features gentle flavors based on our restaurant’s signature dashi. We carefully select ingredients to let you experience the season, and if you let us know your preferences, such as being a wine lover or sake lover, we will prepare the dishes with cooking methods and seasoning to match your beverages. ～Owner Hosokawa～
