Pufferfish Skin with Ponzu and Koji 2. Tessa with Uoshio Salt 3. Two Kinds of Sashimi from the Kuroshio Sea, Marinated in Koji 4. Salt Koji Fried Pufferfish 5. Tecchiri 6. Rice Porridge or Ramen for the Final Course (one choice per group) 7. Seasonal Sweet *Available for a limited season from October to early April.
