Perfect for first-time guests as well. This kaiseki course, which sets the standard for our restaurant, features a progression including four or more varieties of harbor-fresh fish, Awagumo okowa, giant prawn kadaif, and sea bream rice finished as lightly seared koji chazuke.

Fish sourced from Suhara Port, house-made koji preparations, and dashi drawn from three kinds of shaved bonito flakes and kombu.
