- Corn Feast 2026 - Focusing on a single ingredient and crafting an entire course around it, ai’s “zukushi” course is a celebration of one ingredient in all its forms. Created in celebration of ai’s 5th anniversary, this is the restaurant’s first undertaking of its kind. From amuse-bouche to dessert, every dish in this full course features corn, including the immensely popular summer-only menu item, Corn and Green Chili Peperoncino. Explore the many expressions of corn, thoughtfully conceived by the chef through a variety of forms, cooking methods, and ingredient pairings. Savor the full charm of corn to your heart’s content.
