Our popular summer dessert, Peach Melba, is back again this year.
The star of the dish is fully ripe peaches delivered by Mr. Shizume from Yamanashi.
Hidden inside each whole peach is a scoop of chilled milk gelato.
With the first bite, you will experience the luscious juiciness and rich natural sweetness of the peach itself.
This is followed by the mellow creaminess of the milk gelato, the sweet-tart raspberry sauce, and the refreshing sparkle of non-alcoholic champagne jelly, which brings the whole dessert together with a light finish.
A fresh and juicy summer dessert, perfect for the hottest time of year.
