[Limited Menu: October 6–October 31] The dessert paired with this selection of half pasta is a Mont Blanc Paris-Brest generously made with Japanese chestnuts delivered from "Shima no Fudoki" on Omishima along the Shimanami Kaido in Ehime Prefecture. Between layers of crisp croquant choux, you will find plenty of Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc cream, candied Japanese chestnuts, custard cream, and crème chantilly. With a distinctly Japanese touch, this version is served with kinako and kinako ice cream on the plate. Caramelized soybeans are scattered on top to preserve a delightful texture. To let you enjoy a change in flavor, kuromitsu syrup is served on the side, so please pour it over partway through and enjoy. Please fully savor the seasonal flavor of Japanese chestnuts.
