For this reason, we have not adapted our dishes to suit Japanese tastes. From the late 1950s, before the gourmet boom, to the present day, we have been supported by many repeat customers. Ajanta's dishes, which have remained unchanged since our opening, have been enjoyed by customers of all ages.
