Koji-machi, Traditional Indian Restaurant For over 60 years, we have preserved the authentic taste of South Indian cuisine. "The most important thing is that I want Japanese customers to experience the pure cuisine of my hometown in South India." This is the sentiment of our founder, Jaya. Therefore, we do not adapt our dishes for Japanese tastes. From the 1950s, before the gourmet boom, to the present day, we have been supported by many repeat customers. Ajanta's cuisine, unchanged since our opening, caters to customers of all age groups. We will continue to uphold the aromatic and spicy dishes of Ajanta without alteration.
