About Course Menu

A modern classic Anchoa-style cuisine based on regional dishes from across Spain, paired with seasonal ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture. If you would like to change the meat dish to charcoal-grilled aged beef delivered from Sakaeya in Shiga, please select this option from the optional menu when making your reservation. (Additional charge: +￥1,500 per person. This change must be made for the entire table.) ■ For this plan, the rice dish will be Chef’s Choice Paella. This menu is recommended for guests visiting us for the second time or more.
