About Course Menu

Modern classic cuisine in the ANCHOA style, created by pairing seasonal ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture with regional dishes from across Spain. If you would like to change the meat dish to charcoal-grilled dry-aged beef delivered by Sakaeya of Shiga, please select this option from the optional menu at the time of reservation. (Additional charge: ＋￥1,500 per person. This change must be made for the entire table.) ■For this plan, the rice dish will be [Seafood Paella].

<Menu Example> A modern classic cuisine by Anchoa, based on regional dishes from across Spain and prepared with seasonal ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture. The course consists of approximately 6 dishes. ・Assorted Pintxos ・Appetizer ・Fish Dish ・Meat Dish (option to upgrade to dry-aged beef) ■Rice Dish　Please choose from the following: ・Squid Ink Paella ・Basque-style Clam Risotto ・Seafood Paella ・Chef’s Choice Paella (for returning guests) ■Cheesecake ■Coffee or Tea, Petit Fours Please note that we may not be able to accommodate guests with multiple food allergies or those who cannot eat seafood of any kind. Due to the nature of Spanish cuisine, we may not be able to accommodate guests who cannot eat garlic, onions, or peppers. ・Reservations are accepted through the end of the month, up to 2 months in advance. ・Lunch service begins at 12:00, with all guests starting together at 12:15. Please allow plenty of time when coming to the restaurant. ・Seating consists of three tables for up to 4 guests each and 3 counter seats. Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate seat requests. ・If we are unable to contact you more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may regrettably be treated as canceled. If you expect to be late, please be sure to contact us. ・Reservations are accepted for parties of 2 or more. ・For reservations of 5 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly. ・Guests must be junior high school age or older. However, one window-side table may be reserved for groups with children of elementary school age or younger (up to 4 guests total). If children will be accompanying you, please be sure to contact the restaurant directly by phone to inquire and make a reservation. (Strollers are welcome, high chairs are available, and children’s menu options can be discussed.) ・Please cancel at least 3 days in advance. For cancellations made 2 days before the reservation or later, a cancellation fee will be charged.
