This is our most recommended classic course. We have re-examined the structure and ingredients based on the "Path of Arte" we have walked so far, and have refined it into the most comfortable form as Arte today. Focusing on our homemade hand-rolled pasta, we cherish the flow from appetizers to dolce, carefully selecting and using ingredients that we truly find delicious at any given time. Additionally, each dish is crafted with the skills and experience cultivated over 15 years as a chef in Italy. This course represents Arte's current stance, ensuring that whenever you visit, you can genuinely feel the deliciousness from the heart.
