Umami Short Course

About Course Menu

French Cuisine Focused on Umami: atelo It is said that there are five basic tastes. Sweetness, saltiness, sourness, bitterness, and umami, which was newly discovered in 1908 by a Japanese researcher. We would be delighted if French restaurant atelo, with its focus on umami, could become one of the places that enrich your life. Our course menu changes monthly. Carefully selected seasonal ingredients are used, and at times the chef personally grows and harvests pesticide-free vegetables to add color to each dish. Please enjoy a course menu that brings a fresh sense of delight every time you visit.
