This is a T-bone steak from purebred Chianina cows from Florence, Italy. You can enjoy both the fillet and sirloin. The Chianina beef, which has no marbling, is grilled over charcoal and in a pizza oven.

At the time of your reservation, our restaurant will transfer aged meat from the ice cellar and change the temperature control. Additionally, since fresh fish is shipped directly from the production area, we place an order upon your reservation.
