Kiniāna T-Bone/ L-Bone Steak Course

This is a T-bone steak from purebred Chianina cows from Florence, Italy. You can enjoy both the fillet and sirloin. The Chianina beef, which has no marbling, is grilled over charcoal and in a pizza oven.
