Our menu primarily consists of large platter dishes. Sample Menu for a Day: - Assorted Prosciutto - Corn Bavarois and Consommé Jelly in a Martini Glass, Beef and Corn Tartare with Fresh Sea Urchin - Bonito Carpaccio, Grilled Eggplant Marinated in Sherry Vinegar, and Edomae Herbs - Variety of Fresh Scallops in Shell with Wasabi Cream and Yuzu Kelp Jelly - Today's Meat Dish - Pasta to Finish - Today's Dessert (A message plate is available for an additional ¥550 per plate.) * Menu items may change based on seasonal ingredients and availability. The content may vary daily depending on ingredient availability. * About our courses: We prepare omakase courses, and will inquire about any allergies or ingredients you cannot eat in advance. Please check with your party and inform us beforehand. We may not be able to accommodate requests made after arrival. * If you cannot consume alcohol used in dishes or desserts, or if you are pregnant and have restrictions on certain ingredients or raw foods, please inform us in detail. * If you have multiple dietary restrictions, particularly if you cannot consume frequently used ingredients such as wheat, eggs, olive oil, butter, and dairy products, we may have to decline your reservation.
