About Course Menu
This is a premium course featuring carefully selected high-quality ingredients, recommended for special occasions as well. The meal begins with soybean milk and kudzu starch set in a delicate gelée, followed by an assorted platter of six colorful obanzai dishes. For the main course, we serve gyunabe featuring richly flavorful Japanese Black wagyu beef. Please enjoy the refined sweetness of its high-quality fat and its deep, savory richness. To finish, freshly cooked sea bream and mitsuba rice is prepared in an earthenware pot, infused with the delicate umami of sea bream. For dessert, savor a fragrant hojicha blancmange and enjoy its lingering, comforting finish.
