About Course Menu
For the opening course, we offer silky kuzu-set soy milk, followed by an assorted platter of six seasonal obanzai appetizers. As the main dish, we serve fragrant, lightly seared domestic wagyu beef. To finish, freshly cooked hagama rice is prepared to order, infused with the rich flavor of sea bream and the aroma of aromatic vegetables. For dessert, enjoy warabi mochi with kuromitsu syrup and kinako, allowing the lingering elegance of Japanese flavors to unfold at a leisurely pace. This refined Japanese course is also recommended for special dining occasions such as business entertainment, dinners, and anniversaries.
