Biscube is a confection that bakes French snowball cookies, Boule de Neige, into cube shapes. Enjoy the rich flavor of fermented butter from Hokkaido, Japan, with a hint of almond aroma and a crumble-and-crunch texture. This set includes four bags: classic plain, cocoa, and two seasonal limited editions.

This is an adult pound cake that pairs well not only with coffee and tea but also with wine. The basic ingredients include unsalted fermented butter from Hokkaido, red egg from Kagoshima, cassonade (cane sugar) from France, and semi-hard flour. It is enriched with aromatic cocoa powder from the Netherlands and slowly roasted almonds, finished with a soak of brandy. 

No baking powder or other leavening agents are used, resulting in a firm texture.

[Takeout] Pound Cake (Cocoa Almond)

This is for takeaway. It will be given to you when you are leaving after your meal.

This is a sophisticated pound cake that pairs wonderfully with coffee, tea, and even wine. Our base ingredients include unsalted cultured butter from Hokkaido, red yolk eggs from Kagoshima, French cassonade (cane sugar), and semi-strong flour. We have incorporated a generous amount of high-quality vanilla beans from Madagascar and a perfectly balanced amount of French "Guérande salt." No leavening agents such as baking powder are used, resulting in a rich and firm cake.
