[2F Fine Dining] 11- to 12-course pairing menu featuring Toriya Shuzo's "Ikezuki" sake and Ishikawa traditional crafts

About Course Menu

The modern Japanese cuisine crafted using carefully selected ingredients such as seafood chosen by Chef Okumura's discerning eye and locally sourced vegetables personally selected from producers is not only delicious but can be described in a word as "unexpectedly delightful cuisine that breaks the mold." The specialty dish is the "Sashimi Tamatebako Creation" served in a lacquered tiered box. When the lid is opened, Kaga Bocha tea smoke rises. As you taste the beautifully arranged sashimi, a sweet and rich flavor melts in your mouth with a pleasantly fragrant aroma passing through your senses from mouth to nose. All the tableware and furnishings used are traditional crafts from Ishikawa and are available for purchase. Feel the charm of these crafts by experiencing them firsthand alongside your meal.
