We have prepared a special course featuring an abundance of rare matsutake mushrooms that can only be enjoyed at Kusakata. Please savor exquisite dishes created by Chef Nakahigashi and Chef Chochi, including fragrant grilled matsutake and risotto overflowing with rich umami. In addition, we will be offering wines worthy of these exceptional dishes. From barrel-aged Chardonnay with rich oak character to well-matured Brunello from Tuscany, the finest flavors of the wines harmonize beautifully with the elegant taste of the cuisine.
