The smallest restaurant in Kyoto. A French dining experience featuring seafood directly shipped from Toyama Himi Fishing Port and freshly picked vegetables. The main ingredients include seafood delivered daily from Himi, vegetables from farmers visited every morning, and wild herbs picked in the countryside while walking with our beloved dog. Having returned from France, we started as a French restaurant, but as we structured the menu to match the daily ingredients, it evolved into fusion cuisine incorporating sushi, pasta, and more. With the finest ingredients, we add a little extra effort to serve everything gently and casually...
