About Course Menu
We are dedicated to using organic ingredients imbued with the passion of the producers, as well as seasonal ingredients, to deliver an experience that can only be savored in Kakuozan, Nagoya. In addition to our dishes, we offer a selection of Italian wines focused on natural wines and sake from the Chubu region. * Our restaurant operates with a simultaneous start. To ensure a seamless experience, we begin the course meals at the same time for all our guests, so please arrive by your reservation time. (The door opens 5 minutes before the start.) Please be aware that if you arrive late, it may be difficult to serve your meal.
