About Course Menu
This is a chef's specialty full course prepared with specially selected ingredients. We are committed to using organic produce filled with the passion of producers and seasonal ingredients to offer moments that can only be tasted in Nagoya, Kakuozan. To pair with the dishes, we also offer Italian wines, focusing on natural wines, as well as regional spirits from the Chubu area. *Our restaurant operates on a simultaneous start system. Please arrive by your reservation time as the course meal will start concurrently with other guests. (Doors open 5 minutes before the start time.)
