The first day of the month, known as tsuitachi, has since ancient times been an important occasion to offer prayers to the gods and Buddha and wish for good health and well-being. In keeping with the refreshing spirit of this morning, our restaurant has prepared a breakfast set enveloped in the fragrant aroma of dashi.
