About Course Menu

The name Empathie（エンパティ） is derived from the French word meaning empathy. It embodies our desire to share and enjoy with our guests the seasonal ingredients, cuisine, and the unique atmosphere of each moment. A course menu by Chef Tsuji, who earned one Michelin star in the Michelin Guide in 2026 before the restaurant had even reached its first anniversary. We also actively use fresh ingredients sourced directly from producers across Japan, highlighting ingredients unique to Japan and preparing them through the philosophy and techniques of French cuisine. The restaurant is a small, counter-only space. Please enjoy a moment to savor with all five senses the sounds, aromas, and even the visual spectacle of the cooking unfolding right before your eyes.
