About Course Menu

The name of the restaurant, Empathie（エンパティ）, is derived from the French word meaning empathy. It reflects our desire to share and enjoy seasonal ingredients, dishes, and the unique atmosphere of each moment together with our guests. A course menu by Chef Tsuji, who was awarded one Michelin star in the Michelin Guide in 2026 before the restaurant had even reached its first anniversary. We also actively use fresh ingredients sourced directly from producers across Japan, showcasing distinctly Japanese ingredients through the philosophy and techniques of French cuisine. The restaurant is an intimate counter-only space. Please enjoy a moment to savor with all five senses, including the sounds, aromas, and scenery of the cooking unfolding right before your eyes.
