EMPORIO ISHIZAKI

A special August-only course featuring Ishigaki Island Kitauchi Farm’s Japanese Black Wagyu as the star from appetizer to main dish (4 to 5 courses in total; drinks not included). Only female cattle descended from Tajima beef are raised slowly over a long period on a barley-based diet. Enjoy lean meat with pure umami and a long finish, without relying on excessive marbling. Each dish is a special creation for this summer, dedicated to true meat lovers.

In particular, our Premium Beef is exceptionally rare, with only around 70 head shipped each year. Raised stress-free for more than 40 months, the cattle are fed a carefully selected diet that includes food-grade barley and pasture grass grown on Ishigaki Island.

Enjoy the finest lean Wagyu of exceptional quality.

This is a unique course designed to grace special occasions and delight true connoisseurs of fine dining.
