～ RESERVATION ～
【Thank you for always using ESPICE. We would appreciate it if you could check the following points when making a reservation.】
※Please read the following notes to ensure a pleasant and wonderful time for both customers and the restaurant, and make your reservation accordingly.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
●If you are unable to be reached 20 minutes past your reservation time, we may reluctantly treat it as a cancellation, so please make sure to contact us if you are running late.
●For reservations of five or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
～Regarding Cancellations～
●Due to arrangements for purchasing ingredients and securing seats, we charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made the day before, on the day, and two days prior.
●If you must cancel, there will be no cancellation fee if you change to another date within two weeks.
●If changing the reservation is difficult as stated above, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows.
●Please note that canceling without notice or failing to pay cancellation fees may result in denial of future reservations.
●Cancellations are only accepted via phone or email.
●Cancellations two days before, the day before, or on the day should be made by phone.

～Admittance of Children～
●Entry with a stroller is not permitted.
●Children are only accepted for lunch if they can enjoy a course meal.
～ Dress Code ～
●There is no strict dress code, but we recommend attire that is not overly casual.
●We kindly ask gentlemen to refrain from wearing shorts and sandals.
～ Food Allergies, etc.～
At ESPICE, as we prepare courses, we inquire about any ingredients you cannot consume, such as allergies, in advance. Please confirm with all members in your party and notify us beforehand.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate requests made after your arrival.
If you are unable to consume alcohol used in dishes or desserts, or if you have specific restrictions during pregnancy, please let us know the details.
Moreover, if there is a wide range of ingredients you cannot eat, we might have to refuse your reservation.
※In case of a wide range, e.g., meat, seafood, gluten-free, dairy products, or generally vegetables and fruit, not just a single item but a broad category.
