Chef & Sommelier Hikida "Cooking and Wine Pairing Course"

The chef presents four courses reflecting the season. For appetizers, we offer today's soup and a fresh salad. For pasta, you can choose between today's special or a rich aged cheese pasta (+200 yen). The main course features chicken, pork, beef, or fish prepared with seasonal ingredients, highlighting the appeal of each ingredient on every plate. After the meal, enjoy a leisurely time with homemade cake and aromatic coffee roasted in-house by our barista, Nemoto.

Chef & Sommelier Hikida "Special Pairing Course of Cuisine and Wine"

We procure carefully selected ingredients from the market on the day and prepare them. Our sommelier, Hikida, will provide you with wines of "rare value" (subject to availability). We will offer you a selection of 3 to 6 wines that are difficult to obtain. The selection may vary as it includes rare wines. Please enjoy the pairing of wine and cuisine tonight.
