In spring 2024, Kagurazaka Hamasen opened in the charming neighborhood of Kagurazaka, offering a new way to savor the appeal of eel. Featuring premium domestic eel, primarily sourced from Mikawa in Aichi Prefecture, the restaurant pursues new expressions of eel cuisine through course meals thoughtfully paired with wine. The interior is a welcoming space centered around warm black tones, where beautiful furnishings create an atmosphere of refined elegance. From the spacious open-kitchen counter seats, the sounds of cooking and the drifting aromas become part of the dining experience.
