In the charming town of Kagurazaka, the new restaurant "Kagurazaka Hamachi" opened in the spring of 2024, offering a novel eel experience. We use premium domestically sourced eels, primarily from Mikawa in Aichi Prefecture, aiming to explore new deliciousness in eel culture by offering a course menu that pairs perfectly with wine. The interior features a cozy atmosphere with warm black tones, and fine furnishings create a sophisticated environment. Sitting at the expansive open kitchen counter, you can savor the cooking sounds and aromas as part of your culinary experience. The pairings include a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks, so there are no worries for those who do not consume alcohol.
