A new restaurant, Kagurazaka Hamachi, opened in the spring of 2024 in the charming area of Kagurazaka, offering a refreshing experience of eel delicacies. We primarily use high-quality domestic eel from Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture, and offer new taste experiences of eel culture with wine pairings presented as courses. The interior, highlighted by a warm black color scheme, provides a cozy atmosphere where beautiful appointments create a sophisticated ambiance. Guests seated at the spacious open kitchen counter can enjoy the sounds and aromas of the cooking as part of their dining experience. There's also a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages available for pairings, so non-drinkers have no worries. We offer a special moment where you can savor the new pleasures of eel through the marriage of eel and wine.
