About Course Menu

In the charming district of Kagurazaka, Kagurazaka Hamasen opened in spring 2024, offering a new way to experience the appeal of eel. We use premium domestically sourced eel, primarily from Mikawa in Aichi Prefecture, and offer course meals paired with wine in pursuit of new and exciting flavors within eel cuisine. The interior features a warm and inviting space centered around black tones, with beautiful furnishings creating an atmosphere of refined elegance. Seated at the spacious open-kitchen counter, guests can savor not only the meal but also the sounds of cooking and the aromas drifting through the air. A wide selection of non-alcoholic pairings is also available, so guests who do not drink alcohol can enjoy with ease. We invite you to spend a special moment discovering a new expression of eel through the marriage of eel and wine.

[Weekend & Public Holiday Lunch] Enjoy one whole large domestic eel, grilled long-style, paired with the rare rice “Ryū no Hitomi” from Gifu Prefecture, freshly cooked for each party in a Nanbu iron pot. Choose two cooking styles from shirayaki, soy sauce grill, and tare grill, and savor two luxurious flavors at once. ・Eel 　(Choose 2 from shirayaki / soy sauce grill / tare grill) ・Today’s Specialty ・Rare Gifu Prefecture rice “Ryū no Hitomi” cooked in Nanbu ironware ・Soup ・Pickles ・Today’s Dessert * Soup can be changed to eel liver soup for 500 yen. * Fully private rooms available (up to 4 guests per room, private room charge: 5,000 yen per room) * Lunch time is limited to 90 minutes
