In Kagurazaka, a neighborhood rich in charm, Kagurazaka Hamasen opened in spring 2024, offering a new way to experience the appeal of eel. We use high-quality domestic eel, primarily sourced from Mikawa in Aichi Prefecture, and offer course menus paired with wine in pursuit of new expressions of flavor within eel cuisine. The interior features a warm and welcoming space centered around elegant black tones, with beautiful furnishings creating a refined atmosphere. At the spacious open-kitchen counter seats, the sounds of cooking and the drifting aromas become part of the feast. A wide selection of non-alcoholic pairings is also available, so guests who do not drink can enjoy with ease.
