In the charming district of Kagurazaka, Kagurazaka Hamasen opened in spring 2024, offering a new way to savor the appeal of eel. Featuring premium domestic eel, primarily sourced from Mikawa in Aichi Prefecture, the restaurant presents course meals designed to explore new dimensions of eel cuisine through wine pairing. The interior is a comfortable space centered on warm black tones, where beautiful furnishings create an elegant atmosphere. At the spacious open-kitchen counter seats, the sounds of cooking and the drifting aromas become part of the dining experience. A wide selection of non-alcoholic pairings is also available, so guests who do not drink alcohol can relax with ease. Enjoy a special moment as you discover new flavors of eel through the marriage of eel and wine (+ sake).
