Special Grilled Fugu – Garlic Oil Grilled A signature grilled fugu dish unique to Sasaki, finished with fragrant garlic oil. Its appetizing aroma and rich flavor of fugu unfold with every bite. 4. Deep-Fried Tiger Pufferfish Crisp on the outside and tender within. Enjoy the deepening flavor of fugu with every bite. 5. Choice of Tiger Pufferfish Hot Pot Our proudly crafted special broth is carefully made from fugu skin and rich in collagen. Using this broth, you may choose from two distinctive styles. [Fugu Broth Hot Pot – Sasaki Special] A special broth delicately seasoned with salt and mirin. Our recommended hot pot, enjoyed without ponzu so you can fully savor the natural umami of the broth itself. [Fugu Chiri Hot Pot – A Classic Taste] Fugu simmered in the same special broth, then enjoyed with ponzu for a light and refreshing finish. Savor the broth itself, or enjoy it with ponzu. Please indulge in the pleasure of choosing, in a style unique to Sasaki. 6. Rice Porridge to Finish A luxurious rice porridge prepared with broth infused with the rich flavor of tiger pufferfish. 7.
