With the concept of making dining enjoyable and happy, [Ehime Kappo Sasaki] offers Japanese course meals featuring a variety of seasonal ingredients. Some dishes are the chef’s own arrangements of Ehime’s local cuisine, allowing us to present specialties unique to our restaurant. We also offer a wide selection of sake, mainly local brews from Ehime, so please enjoy them together with your meal. The warmly wood-accented interior features counter seating and semi-private rooms, with a total of 16 seats.
