About Course Menu
This six-course menu features incanto’s beloved signature dishes since opening, presented in a lighter, more effortless progression. Begin with mille-feuille of eggplant and burrata, followed by a pasta selection made tableside, and then our lamb cacciatora, a dish carried on since our opening in 2007. Also recommended for later dinners or for evenings when you would like to enjoy cuisine and wine at a relaxed, unhurried pace.

• Opening amuse-bouche • Cold appetizer: Eggplant and burrata mille-feuille • Pasta (Please choose one type per table from today’s recommendations) • Our signature since opening: Roasted lamb “Cacciatora” • Dolce of your choice • Petit fours and café * An additional pasta course may be added for 1,500 yen. * The lamb main course may be changed to roasted pork loin, or to roasted Tankaku beef for an additional 2,000 yen. Please let us know at the time of reservation. If changed, we kindly ask that the selection be the same for the entire table. * We are also happy to accommodate other requests and make arrangements accordingly.
