On Saturdays and during busy periods, we have a 2-hour seating policy. Please enter any allergies or requests in the request field in advance. We are unable to accommodate allergy requests made on the day of your visit. Preschool children can only be seated at the sofa seats on the 3rd floor. The sunken kotatsu seats on the 2nd floor are not available. Please make any changes to the number of people by the day before and cancellations by three days in advance. If you cancel after three days, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
