On Saturdays and during busy periods, we have a two-hour time limit. Please indicate any allergies or requests in the designated field in advance. We cannot accommodate allergies on the day of your visit. Preschool children can only use the sofa seats on the 3rd floor; the sunken kotatsu seats on the 2nd floor are not available for them. Please inform us of any changes in the number of people by the day before and cancellations at least three days in advance. After three days, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
