On Saturdays and during peak seasons, we have a two-hour seating policy. Please indicate any allergies or requests in the designated request section in advance. We regret that we are unable to accommodate allergy-related requests on the day of your visit. Preschool children may only use the sofa seating on the third floor; the sunken kotatsu seating on the second floor is not available for them. Please make any changes to the number of people by the day before your visit and cancellations at least three days in advance. A 100% cancellation fee will apply if a cancellation is made after the three-day period.
