On Saturdays and during peak seasons, we operate with a two-hour time limit. Please provide any allergy information or specific requests in the designated request section in advance. We are unable to accommodate allergy requests on the day of your visit. Preschool-aged children can only use the sofa seats on the third floor and are not allowed on the second-floor sunken kotatsu seats. Please make any changes to the number of guests by the day before your reservation, and cancellations must be made at least three days in advance. If you cancel after three days, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100%.
