About Course Menu

Every element of the Fuga course is crafted with great care. Our appetizer, tartare steak, is a proud signature dish made with top-grade lean wagyu beef cooked at a low temperature and paired with caviar. For the Kuroge Wagyu suki-shabu, we use premium sirloin known for its fine texture and exceptional tenderness. Our Kyushu pork is rich in flavor, with fine fibers and a tender texture. You can also enjoy plenty of fresh seasonal vegetables and mushrooms. Our tofu is made in-house every day using soybeans from Hokkaido. Our house-made walnut sauce is blended using a unique method to further enhance the flavor of the wagyu beef. Please savor the tender, juicy texture and the refined umami of premium meat that spreads across the palate. We also offer a wide selection of drinks for free flow.
