The Special Duck and Horse Shabu Course offers a luxurious tasting of carefully selected ingredients, including Kyoto duck, Iwate duck, and horse sashimi from Aomori Prefecture. The course begins with an artfully prepared selection of appetizers, including mini monaka filled with duck pâté, instantly smoked duck loin with Camembert, and minced duck menchi cutlet. For sashimi, we serve a lavish assortment of four kinds featuring horse sashimi from Aomori Prefecture and Iwate duck sashimi. You can also enjoy a variety of flavors such as a duck salad with seasonal vegetables, dashimaki omelet topped with duck soboro and grated radish sauce, and wrapped fried duck tenderloin. The main dish is duck shabu made with Kyoto duck loin. Please take your time savoring its refined flavor, which brings out the natural umami of the ingredients, and enjoy it through to the closing dish of soba or yuzu udon.
