The Kamo Uma Shabu Course lets you fully savor the appeal of premium ingredients such as Iwate duck, Kyoto duck, and horse sashimi from Aomori Prefecture through a variety of beautifully prepared dishes. This plan includes all-you-can-drink for 2 hours. For appetizers, enjoy mini monaka filled with duck pâté, duck loin and Camembert finished with instant smoking, and minced duck menchi cutlet. In addition, you can enjoy an assortment of sashimi including horse sashimi, duck sashimi, and prosciutto, each prepared to highlight its distinctive flavor. The warm dish features dashimaki tamago topped with duck soboro and grated daikon ankake sauce, while the grilled dish is duck and scallion yaki made with Iwate duck. For the main course, please enjoy duck shabu-shabu featuring Kyoto duck loin, briefly dipped in broth for the perfect bite. To finish, we offer either soba or yuzu udon. This course allows you to leisurely enjoy the deep, rich flavors of duck from start to finish.
